We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and strategic individual to step into the role of Head of Strategic Partnerships in the Algarve. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a knack for building relationships and a flair for identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential venue partners across the Algarve and Lisbon region.
• Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that align with our goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure they have the support they need.
• Use provided tools for proposals and collaborate with our support team to keep everything running smoothly.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in sales, business development, or partnership roles, ideally with a track record of bringing in new business.
• Comfortable working independently and motivated by both a base salary and
  - based earnings.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage their own pipeline of potential venues.
