Position Overview

Lead Strategic Initiatives at Zumub! We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Manager to work closely with the CEO and drive critical projects that shape the future of our company. This is a hands‑on role requiring strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve key organizational challenges across departments;
• Plan, execute, and oversee strategic projects from initiation to completion;
• Collaborate with department heads and executive leadership to align projects with company strategy;
• Generate data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making;
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success;
• Contribute to overall strategic planning and organizational direction.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• MBA is a plus;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic project management, consultancy, or business strategy;
• Strong analyticaland strategic thinking skills with proven problem‑solving ability;
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment;
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
