Role Description:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing our hiring strategy across Brand Delta Group’s companies in Portugal, UK. And more countries soon. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while building scalable recruitment processes that support our rapid growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or
  - house)
• Proven success hiring across tech, data science, or similar
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled HR System Analytics Specialist to drive the implementation, optimization, and governance of our future HRIS systems and HR processes worldwide.

This role will focus on building scalable workflows, ensuring data integrity, and standardizing global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Future HRIS Implementation & Process Excellence
• Lead and support our future global HRIS implementation, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring smooth system adoption globally.
• Design, document, and optimize global HR workflows (onboarding, performance management, total rewards, benefits, and payroll support).
• Serve as the HRIS global administrator, overseeing configurations, user roles, permissions, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong technical proficiency with leading HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills with the capability to manage and analyze large datasets (data visualization skills like Power BI or similar is an advantage).

Role Overview

The Head of Real Estate Investments will lead the entire investment process - from identifying and evaluating opportunities to structuring and closing deals, managing investor portfolios, and driving strategic growth.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with proven experience in real estate investing and deep knowledge of the Porto metropolitan market. You will bridge investors, financial and legal advisors, and internal departments, ensuring that every deal meets our high standards of analysis, efficiency, and return.

Key Responsibilities Investment Strategy & Acquisitions

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, source, and evaluate potential investment properties.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, developers, and property owners across Portugal.
• Lead negotiations with property sellers and counterparties to secure favorable deal terms.
