Scope: 12 Active Brands - 20 Prepared Projects - Multi-Jurisdiction
Reports to: Founder & President (Pietro Jun)
Works in lockstep with:
- Director of Operations (COO-equivalent)
- Legal / Compliance (internal + external)
- Human Systems & Screening (Dr. Fernandus Vinson framework)
- Brand Leads & Program Managers
- Investor / Partner Relations
Location: Europe-preferred (Portugal / Spain / UK) or Remote (high-trust only)
Engagement: Full-time or Senior Fractional (minimum 3 days/week)
Why This Role Exists
JP Organization does not fail because of lack of ideas, clients, or demand.
The only real existential risks are:
- Cash moving faster than truth
- Founder absorbing financial stress meant to be systemic
- Cross-border payments colliding with legal / tax / welfare realities
- People getting hurt (financially or psychologically) because controls were vague
The Head of Treasury exists to ensure Money never lies, never surprises, never humiliates, and never collapses trust.
This role is not accounting. It is institutional survival.
Core Mandate
You are the single owner of financial reality inside JP Org. Not strategy. Not storytelling. Not fundraising hype. Reality.
1. Treasury as a System (Not a Person)
You will design and own a JP Treasury System that includes:
A. Single Source of Cash Truth
- Daily cash position across all entities, banks, platforms, wallets
- Clear separation of operating cash, restricted/client funds, advance payments/escrow-like funds
- Zero ambiguity about "what can be spent" vs "what must not be touched"
B. Rolling Forecast Discipline
- 13-week rolling cash forecast (non-negotiable)
- Monthly runway scenarios: base, conservative, emergency (Founder-protection mode)
- Variance tracking: forecast vs reality, explained in writing
If the Founder asks "are we safe? ", your answer must be numerical, calm, and immediate.
2. Payment Rails, Approvals & Speed with Dignity
You own:
- Bank architecture across jurisdictions
- Wise / Revolut / Stripe / local banks / cards
- Signatory logic, limits, backups,
- response plans
You will implement:
- Tiered approval ladders (Ops / Brand / Holding / Founder)
- Clear rules for emergency payments,
- sensitive player / caretaker / coach expenses, refunds & client protection cases
3. People-sensitive Treasury (Fernandus Integration)
This is
- standard and mandatory.
You will work with Dr. Fernandus Vinson’s
- risk framework to ensure payments do not:
- Create unhealthy dependency
- Reward manipulation or emotional pressure
- Enable burnout or exploitation
You will
- design payment timing rules aligned with psychological welfare and clear separation between compensation, emergency support, performance rewards, and escalation protocols when money becomes an emotional weapon.
Treasury in JP is also mental safety infrastructure.
4. Multi-brand & Project Reality
You will manage treasury across sports agencies, academies (minors involved),
- abroad programs, creative/media brands, investment & IP-driven projects.
Your job is to translate projects → cash timelines, prevent one brand subsidizing another invisibly, "temporary" advances becoming permanent leaks, enforce
- level P&L clarity even when execution is shared.
5. Legal, Compliance & Audit Readiness
You do not replace lawyers or accountants. You make sure they never get surprised.
You will ensure every payment maps cleanly to contract, approval, purpose, proof, GDPR/KYC/AML friction is anticipated, founder is never forced into
- minute personal risk due to treasury gaps.
6. Chambers & Governance (Made Practical)
This role is the operational executor of:
Henry Chamber (Protection)
- Founder cash exposure limits
- Personal-entity boundary enforcement
Lincoln Chamber (Ethics)
- No silent cash punishment
- No humiliation via money
- No "we’ll fix it later" culture
Blind Side Doctrine
- You actively hunt hidden liabilities, optimism bias,
- financial collisions
7. What Success Looks Like (90 Days)
- Founder can sleep without checking balances at night
- Weekly treasury report that leadership trusts instinctively
- Zero "surprise" cash events
- Clear go/no‑go rules for new projects
- People feel safe, not anxious, around money

- 7–12+ years in treasury / finance ops / complex
- entity environments - Cross-border experience (EU / US / Asia preferred)

- Respected enough to say no to the Founder when needed
- Human enough to understand when yes is an ethical obligation
