Role Overview

At White Rabbit Projects, hospitality is our foundation. We’re dedicated to creating extraordinary dining experiences, especially through our wine program. We seek a Head Sommelier with deep wine knowledge, leadership skills, and storytelling passion to lead our wine offerings.

You will curate and develop our wine program, pair wines with seasonal menus, mentor staff, source bottles, and create memorable guest experiences. Your work will embody our core values:

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in a premium setting.
• Deep knowledge of wine regions, vintages, varietals, and trends, with WSET Level 3 or equivalent.
• Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Business acumen for sourcing, stock control, and revenue.
• Excellent guest rapport and personalization skills.
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
