As Head Waiter, you'll take ownership of sections during service, support the restaurant supervisor and management team, and ensure every guest experience is smooth, warm, and memorable. You'll work in either Santa Joana and Santa Marta, playing a key role in team motivation, floor operations, and guest engagement. You’ll also live our values every shift:

What Do You Need?

• Experience in a senior waiting or head waiter role in a busy restaurant or hotel setting.
• Confidence running a section and supporting junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service — and a desire to keep learning.
• Friendly, professional communication in English.
• A
  - first mindset, sharp attention to detail, and team spirit.
