****Job Description:****We are now looking for a Headcount and Personnel cost controller for the FZM perimeter. **Responsibilities - your mission**The jobholder will monitor **FZM Headcount and Personnel costs**: **- Headcount
- up** The jobholder will follow HM and HH Headcount with a close collaboration with the local HRBPs and the dedicated Finance Managers by Division, by Country and by Siglum. The jobholder will
- up monthly the Headcount evolution, report on it and will forecast a
- end position thanks to a rolling process to put in place. **- Personnel costs
- up** The jobholder will follow Airbus Commercial (AI) HM and HH Personnel costs (Active Work
Force,
- AWF and Temps) to support the dedicated Finance Managers. The jobholder will
- up monthly the Personnel costs evolution, report on it and will forecast a
- end cost thanks to a rolling process to put in place. The jobholder is in charge of the Planning and delivering the Flight Path, OP, FC1, FC2 and FC3. The jobholder consolidates the Trans-divisional scope of Personnel costs incl.
