Your Main Activities Are

• Act as the Territory SPOC on health & wellbeing topics, e. g. We
  Care program
• Acquire and develop an understanding of the medical services related activities covered within BNP Paribas Portugal, and ensure the respective monitor and quality control of service delivery
• Manage relationship and coach (internal and external) medical team members, ensuring alignment between team objectives and priorities with BNP Paribas Portugal strategy
• Monitor compliance with occupational health regulatory requirements (e. g. , appointment backlog, aptitude forms), take the necessary actions and
  - up
• Continuously search for improvement opportunities in the Health & Wellbeing offer, aligned with market practices and staff expectations/feedback
• Implement and ensure the efficiency of our Mental Health protocol, acting as SPOC with external providers, in order to ensure a good communication and
  - up on all identified situations, and contribute to the promotion of the wellbeing of our employees, by suggesting workshops and seminars
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Academic Background: Social Sciences or Human Resources
• At least 3 years of professional experience in occupational Health or people management
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills - oral & written
• Ability to collaborate/teamwork
• Ability to manage wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to market medical services offering
