Description

• Work model: Hybrid (Dusseldorf)

You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of compliance with Tower Company Health, Safety Standards, and local regulations to ensure the safety of employees, contractors, and site assets in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor key H&S programs to ensure a safe working environment in the office and telecom sites.
• Establish and maintain H&S interface with key
  - risk suppliers to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, delivered against, and reported on.
• Conduct regular supplier onsite audits and ensure adequate risk assessments and control measures are in place.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, document findings, and follow up on actions to contribute to continuous improvement in safety practices.
• Collaborate across markets with other H&S leads to share best practices.
