Main Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management system including electrical safety in accordance with DGUV V2 and DGUV V3, ensure that the Huawei local organization complies with the EHS requirements of Huawei global organization, customers and local law;
- Active contribution to an environment protection plan focusing on all aspects of the lifecycle of Photovoltaic systems (Panel, Battery, Control system);
- Communicate within the Huawei organization and with customers, subcontractors, and project teams on all aspects of the environmental/occupational health and safety management system in a timely manner;
- Organize the EHS control and sampling, accident investigation and reporting; Perform timely and effective handling on the EHS incidents/accidents and violations;
- Organize the regular reporting to the project managers about the operation status and improvement requirements of the EHS management system and Supplier EHS performance;
- Establish a comprehensive documentation system for the EHS management and record and document the management process;
- Conduct supplier EHS management system audits, as well as EHS onsite assessments;
- Training in relevant area such as Environmental Engineering, Safety or Health;
- Certification of Higher Technician of Safety and Health at Work (TSST);
- 3 or more years of experience in the area of Quality, Environment and Safety and Health at Work (QASST);
- Experienced in monitoring internal and external audits for certification under ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety);
- Auditor training ( preferably so that it can carry out internal audits and monitor external audits ) ;
- Training of Trainers , so that they can give the internal OSH trainings (which are a legal requirement ).
