Key Responsibilities
- Consumer Pathway Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of consumer pathway strategies in Portugal, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and local consumer needs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors within the Portuguese context. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform design and marketing strategies. Monitor pharma and FMCG industry trends to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Localization of Strategies: Adapt and localize global and regional strategies, experiences, and campaigns to effectively engage Portuguese consumers, ensuring relevance and resonance with local audiences and cultural nuances.
- User centricity: Create and adapt
- centered designs that enhance the usability and accessibility of our digital products, including websites, services, and solutions for patients and consumers, tailored to the Portuguese healthcare landscape. - Consumer activation: Design and implement initiatives aimed at improving consumer activation and adherence, utilizing digital tools and resources to facilitate better health outcomes for Portuguese consumers and patients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, digital, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure that consumer insights are integrated into product offerings and marketing campaigns.
- Media Plans Orchestration: Orchestrate development of media plans for
- oriented channels (online and offline) together with campaign managers, data analysts, and media agencies. - Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of consumer pathways and experiences in Portugal. Regularly report on performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that consumer perspectives are represented in
- making processes. - Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all
- facing materials and experiences comply with Portuguese, European, and global healthcare regulations and industry best practices, maintaining high standards of ethical marketing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, UX/UI Design, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in consumer activation/marketing, with a focus on healthcare. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful consumer engagement strategies in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in Portugal or similar European markets.
- Skills: Deep expertise in direct marketing, especially in FMCG or pharma industries, with successful consumer campaigns. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer behavior, project management, proficiency in design tools and analytics platforms, excellent communication, and knowledge of Portuguese healthcare regulations. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
