Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Your role and responsibilities:
You will be the primary point of contact for users of the Omni
Pod, a
- edge insulin management system.
- Respond to customer inquiries with care and clarity
- Manage product orders and coordinate shipments
- Provide product guidance and encourage usage compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
- Create a positive and reassuring experience for all customers
- Native-level or fluent in French, with a solid level of English
- Strong interest in healthcare or medical technology
- Energetic, empathetic and
- oriented - Team-oriented and eager to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- €1, 500 signing bonus
- €1, 500 loyalty bonus after 6 months

- term contract - Full-time position (40 hours/week) on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
- Monthly salary options:
€1, 040 gross (with accommodation), €1, 240 gross (without accommodation)
