What You’ll Do:

• Review and moderate content (text, images, video, and audio) in line with established community guidelines
• Identify and escalate potential risks or policy violations
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming online environment for users
• Work in a team that values accuracy, empathy, and online integrity
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and care
• Location:Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model:
  • On-site(office onboarding + scheduled
    - office shifts), or
  • RemotewithinPortugal(after training)
• Relocation Support:Available for candidates relocating fromanywhere in Europe
• Schedule:Full-time, rotational shifts (24/7 availability required, including weekends and holidays)
• Training:10 working days of paid training in English

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency inHebrew (C1)andEnglish (C1)
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Resilience and emotional maturity to work with sensitive content
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Eligibility:Only candidates with:
  • AnEU passport, or
  • Avalid Portuguese work or residency permit
    (Other types of temporary or student visas are not eligible)
