Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator for Social Media, you will:

• Review and moderate online content posted in the Hebrew market
• Ensure all
  - uploaded information complies with guidelines based on client policies
• Stay updated on policies and community standards
• Implement best practices to meet client KPIs
• Use your knowledge to propose improvements internally or externally

Qualifications

• Native-level Hebrew communication skills (mandatory)
• Fast learner with the ability to develop skills quickly
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies
• Empathy, motivation, and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of online content
• Availability to work in rotating shifts 24/7, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory)
• European citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
