In this role, you will review and moderate business content posted on social media, focusing on the Hebrew market to help build a better user experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content posted on the Hebrew market
• Ensure all
  - uploaded information complies with client policies
• Stay informed about policies and community standards
• Implement best practices to meet client KPIs
• Propose improvement ideas based on your knowledge
• Maintain
  - level Hebrew communication skills (mandatory)
• Develop skills quickly as a natural fast learner
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Distinguish personal beliefs from moderated content and policies
• Be empathetic, motivated, and maintain a positive attitude
• Handle high volumes of online content
• Work in rotating shifts, 24/7, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory)
• Possess European citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
