You are Hebrew speaker and you are a Social Media addict? We are recruiting Customer Delight for Social Media - Hebrew speaking to Lisbon in Portugal.

Your working day :

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email and phone;
• Support and expand the
  - serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Provide pre and
  - sales support for all
  - service products;
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner,
  - actively communicate to clients on progress and
  - actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

• Native Hebrew& good English
• Great communication
• Aptitude for
  - solving
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Valid work permit in Portugal or Eu passport
