This is an
- level,
- time position based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels including chat, email, and phone.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to SMB clients to help them grow through our digital advertising platforms;
- Supporting and expanding the
- serve advertising base; - Offering pre and
- sales support for
- service products; - Enhancing client experience through product and tool support;
- Identifying trends and resolving issues faced by SMB clients;
- Communicating proactively with clients regarding progress and solutions;
- Providing feedback to engineering based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
- Native Hebrew speaker and proficient in English;
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills; - High school diploma or equivalent;
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU passport.
