Job Description:

We are looking for Hebew speaking agents for the following 2 projects:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to small and medium sized businesses using various channels (chat, email and telephone)
• Provide pre and
  - sales support for all
  - service products
• Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform, and helping them to use its tools and features
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
• Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
• Maintain and update all
  - related administrative forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Hebrew, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer service roles
• Knowledge of advertisement industry will be considered as an advantage
• Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.

2. Content Moderator:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Ad, video and text content
• Deletion and blocking of content, as well as filtering, organizing, and evaluating information
• Review account access tickets and user support
• Objective and
  - quality delivery/review for each case considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Hebrew, both oral and written
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2), at least
• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
• Stress-resilient and optimistic personality
• Professional with strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team
• Ability to work in shift rotation (24/7).
