We are looking for Hebrew Speakers (with valid Residence Permit or EU passport) interested in working in Lisbon with Customer Support!

Join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist and help them deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work with a team to provide support via live chat, email, and phone, assisting customers with their website and products. You'll resolve inquiries, contribute to department growth, and work with other departments.

What will you do?

• Assist, by phone or through written support, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service.
• Advise our customers on a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs.
• Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service.
• For sales and marketing roles, assist businesses in promoting digital marketing tools that can help optimize their marketing campaigns.

Candidate profile

• Native written and spoken Hebrew level + B2 English.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Service-minded.
• For sales and marketing positions: previous experience in these fields is required.
• Eligible to work in Portugal: Valid work permit or EU passport. *The company does not support visa sponsorship!*
