The number of our employees and the scale of IT infrastructure is constantly growing, so we are currently looking for another help desk specialist.
Responsibilities Assisting colleagues with any questions related to their devices and the use of work software (Joom has over 400 employees) Managing office equipment and IT infrastructure (inventory, setup, updates, reconfiguration) using JAMF, Google Workspace, Ensuring security controls Writing technical documentation Distributing access and licenses Automating various procedures Procuring equipment Integrating
- office systems and internal services, including cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) Requirements Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac basics, TCP/IP, and networking technologies Skills in diagnosing software problems Ability to automate processes using any programming language or a strong desire to learn Willingness to spend at least half of the working time assisting employees with technical questions Good communication skills, friendliness, and willingness to help English language proficiency We are offering Compensation package: base salary and
