- how, experience, and dedication. In this regard, we are strengthening our Human Resources team and are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator (m/f).
MISSION
Ensure the management and coordination of the Helpdesk team, as well as the management of all equipment and software within the IT infrastructure, in accordance with the Group’s values, standards, and procedures, in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the team and the IT environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the management and execution of all advanced technical support requests, resolving issues related to equipment and systems in order to meet user needs.
- Ensure the management and coordination of the team, guaranteeing efficiency, organization, and proper support for all employees.
- Ensure the management of all software, guaranteeing renewals according to the needs of each department.
- Ensure the management of all equipment, guaranteeing adequate stock levels and proper functionality.
- Create and update Licensing Maps and equipment transfer records between users/companies to track allocation and cost attribution.
- Participate in the development of the internal team’s human resources, promoting the development of technical and behavioral skills, while prioritizing the Group’s values and a positive work environment, ensuring growth and recognition of each team member’s competencies.
- Ensure the management of equipment, stock, and preparation for assignment to employees.
- Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to ongoing programs.
- Adopt behaviors and attitudes aligned with the organization’s values to achieve the company’s mission and vision.
- Comply with and promote the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety, and Environment) and with the procedures of the Organization’s approved Management System.
