What you will do:

• Provide
  - line technical support to
  - users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
• Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge or experience with VMware and Linux is a plus
• Strong
  - solving skills and
  - focused mindset
• Team player with good communication abilities
• Have a valid driving license and car.
