Helpdesk (Lisbon)

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to hardware, software, network and applications.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the support function.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Jira and AD - Active Directory;
- Knowledge of Google Work
Space, Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Autopilot; - Experienced in printer installation, configuration and software installation;
- Fresh computer setup;
- Network IP filtering and security;
- Access management;
- Capable of working on internal projects;
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS), Mobile Mail MDM and Intune Company Portal skills;
- Providing Level 1 Help Desk support and level 2 user support.
