Your Mission Will Be

• Managing Microsoft 365, including creating security groups, Share
  Point, and permissions;
• Handling Autopilot, Intune, and endpoint management, including device onboarding and deploying rules;
• Managing Exchange Online, creating users, and shared mailboxes;
• Performing equipment maintenance and supporting endpoints;
• Providing basic network support and maintaining Entra ID (formerly AD).

You Will Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in helpdesk or similar roles;
• Strong knowledge in installing, administering, and maintaining Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online;
• Proficiency in networking and managing network equipment;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit;
• Fluency in Portuguese.
