Requirements:

1. Hard Skills:
   
   

• Experience troubleshooting PCs, Laptops, Tablets, VPNs, etc.
• Experience in IT Support, Technical Support, End-user Support
• Proficiency with Microsoft OS (Windows 11)
• Assist
  - users with software installations and hardware repairs
• Understanding of Virtual Machines (VM)
• Knowledge of networking and protocols
• Familiarity with mobile devices and services
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools
