Introduction To Role
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the field of Hematology? As the Hematology National Sales Manager, you will directly supervise a national team of Hematology Key Account Partners (KAPs), driving them to achieve ambitious sales targets and business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating challenges and fostering growth within the team.
Accountabilities
- Lead the National Hematology Sales Team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and visitation goals
- Collaborate with Key Account Partners to set ambitious, appropriate objectives for each territory
- Anticipate and proactively address obstacles that may hinder performance, finding solutions to drive results
- Assess individual and team progress towards objectives, providing coaching and support to enable improvements
- Develop KAP capabilities to support career growth and readiness for future roles
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in hospital commercial roles
- Previous experience in Hematology sales
- Proven leadership skills, financial management ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Previous experience managing teams
- Exposure to other business functions such as Sales Training, Operations, Product Management, and Market Access
