HEOR Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team, you will lead the execution of complex research projects for clients in the life sciences industry. You will manage project teams, contribute to strategic client engagements, and support business development efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with strong HEOR expertise who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities while remaining

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of HEOR projects, including
- effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, literature reviews, and
- world data studies. - Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring
- quality outcomes and client satisfaction. - Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide

- day direction to junior consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and
- performance environment. - Support onboarding and development of team members by sharing expertise and offering constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including pharma and biotech
- makers. - Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner tailored to diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities for
- on work and contribute to proposal development and pricing. - Collaborate with senior leaders to expand the HEOR offering and client base.
- Stay current with HEOR trends, regulatory changes, and methodological innovations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and external publications or conference presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph
D in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field. - Experience: 5–8 years in HEOR consulting or life sciences, with demonstrated project leadership experience.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HEOR methodologies and
- world evidence generation. - Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel-based models, SAS, R, STATA, or similar.
