The HE Advisor will play a key role in preparing, guiding, and supporting students in their academic and career aspirations, particularly regarding university applications and future career planning. This position works across all aspects of the school to ensure that students have the necessary information, resources, and opportunities to make informed

ROLE SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant subject, extensive knowledge of international university admissions processes and career pathways, and experience in higher education advising or a similar student support role in an international school setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide individualised support to students in exploring, planning, and preparing for higher education and career paths.
• Guide students through university application processes, including essay writing, personal statements, recommendation letters, and interview preparation.
• Design and implement a comprehensive careers and university guidance programme.

• Organize university fairs, career talks, application workshops, and information sessions.

• Effectively communicate with parents, ensuring they are
