Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the proactive sourcing of
- quality professionals for key roles across the EMESA region.

• Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and define candidate identification strategies for each position.
• Sourcing active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship building.
• Clearly articulate and sell the value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks, etc.
• Owning and managing social media strategy to continually promote the brand.
• Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs, and networking events.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing direct sourcing tools.
• Experience of talent sourcing across EMESA within an international organization is highly preferred.
• Strong research and candidate generation skills.
• Familiarity with current and emerging direct sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills.
