As a Holiday Consultant, you will help customers of a travel agency with all matters relating to their trip. From flights, car rental, and insurance to accommodation and hotel bookings - you are the contact person to provide advice and support.

1. Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's holiday offers.
2. Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
3. Assisting customers with managing their bookings, queries, and requests.
4. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.

1. A
   - level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
2. A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
3. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
4. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset.
5. Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively.

1. Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, 30 days probation period.
2. Working hours: full time (40h/week) Monday- Sunday 8:00-20:00.
3. Salary conditions: 1, 375 € gross/month + 300 € loyalty bonus every 3 months + 3, 000 € signing bonus + performance bonus of 120 € from the 4th full month.

For international candidates:

1. Up to 200 € for the cost of a travel ticket (reimbursement after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket).
2. Up to 360 € for accommodation/month for the first 3 months (reimbursed during 3 months).
3. Accommodation support customized to your needs and your budget, which can include assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent accommodation.
