What You’ll Do

• Develop the Quality Assurance Process of Home Devices and Customer Premises Equipment Devices (CPE) of different access technologies, such as DSL, GPON, DOCSIS, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), as well as
  - added home services integrated into the CPEs and an application to manage those.
• Lead as Group Testing Manager to align efforts across countries, ensuring the quality of residential CPEs matches local market needs, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Determine location strategies, allocate testing efforts to labs, partners, and internal resources based on priorities and
  - benefit analyses. Define group versus local integration & testing with opco networks and IT/OSS systems as needed.
• Drive
  - functional collaboration with the broader HT&P team for requirements clarification and test case harmonization.
• Develop partner and stakeholder management, including identifying who to work with, outsourcing decisions, and performance evaluation of providers and partners.
• Identify dependencies between Applications, Services & CPEs as part of the Operating model. Understand the impact of the Platform concept on Testing and device policies.
• Translate testing demands into actionable items and impacts.
• Plan capacity and budgets for
  - country projects, monitoring execution with customized reporting.
• Lead initiatives to minimize manual testing and expand automation coverage, ensuring
  - quality, reliable, maintainable, and scalable test automation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of automated test cases.
• Collaborate closely with the Test Automation team to reduce manual efforts and maintain a scalable testing ecosystem.
• Balance cost, performance, and reliability in test automation across markets, driving efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure quality assurance of residential CPEs, considering customer satisfaction.
• Define CPE test strategies and catalogs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Report CPE Quality Approval status to upper management.
• Harmonize testing processes for CPE, Services, and Apps across all access technologies and opcos.
• Provide expertise in test automation, ensuring the right processes, tools, and methodologies are used.

Who You Are

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance projects or development of telecommunication gateways and network services.
• Experience managing complex projects, programs, and budgets.
• Knowledge of CPE products and advanced service solutions, especially Wi-Fi.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience testing backend systems, mobile applications (i
  OS, Android), and API integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev
  Ops).
• Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and reports.
• Knowledge of testing methods and processes.
• Technical background in DSL/FTTx/FWA or DOCSIS/cable technologies.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to challenge solutions and seek innovation.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with
  - functional,
  - country teams.
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, Test
  Rail, Zephyr) and automation reporting.
• Experience with
  - source OS like Open
  WRT, RDK-B, prpl
  OS.
• Knowledge of Broadband Forum standards (TR-181, TR-069, TR-369/USP).
