Volunteer Opportunity (contingent): Hospitality Lead Join the core team of 5 in creating the inaugural Ten Lives regenerative festival as our Hospitality Lead. This is a meaningful volunteer role for someone passionate about sustainable events and community building. You'll craft exceptional participant experiences while championing our regenerative values, working closely with our Community Lead to weave hospitality into the fabric of transformation.

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee hospitality operations that embody our regenerative principles
• Collaborate with the Community Lead to create memorable, meaningful participant journeys
• Manage sustainable food & beverage services that nourish both people and planet
• Lead with heart while maintaining operational excellence
• Travel regularly to our beautiful location in Pinhel, Portugal

Who You Are

• Experienced in festivals or events with 1000+ participants
• Skilled in hospitality operations and service excellence
• Knowledgeable in food & beverage management
• A natural leader with exceptional organizational abilities
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems
• Hold a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Previous hospitality leadership experience valued
• Available for occasional weekends and flexible scheduling
• Excited about regenerative practices and community impact
