- driven Hospitality Marketing Manager (M/F) for our hotels Sé Catedral Hotel Porto and Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by HILTON.

Position Overview:

As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue across our properties. You will collaborate with
- functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and highlight the unique offerings of our hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
2. Create events and campaigns to energize the restaurants and bars within Sé Catedral Hotel Porto and Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by HILTON.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in hospitality.
4. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
5. Manage the online presence, including website updates, SEO strategies, and social media platforms.
6. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support revenue goals through marketing initiatives.
7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization.
8. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and influencers.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of the F&B market in Porto.
3. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing within the hospitality industry.
4. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
6. Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality, especially the F&B sector.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a
   - paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
