- expanding network of independent hotels — and we’re looking for a Hotel Contracting Executive who knows how to hunt, negotiate, and close. If you’re already contracting hotels for OTAs, tour operators, or distribution players, this role puts you on the other side of the table: empowering hotels instead of squeezing them.
Why this role matters
Independent hotels are tired of losing margin to intermediaries. With our Hypercommerce platform, Small Portuguese Hotels (SPH) helps them win back direct bookings and stronger profitability. As Sales Executive, you’ll be the one making that happen.
What You’ll Do
- Contract new hotels: Prospect, pitch, and sign independent hotels and small groups into the SPH portfolio.
- Own the conversation: Spend much of your time on the phone, video calls, and
- person meetings with hotel owners and GMs. - Negotiate like a pro: Lead pricing and contract discussions that balance hotel needs with portfolio growth.
- Be on the ground: Travel regularly to visit hotels, build trust, and close deals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years in sales with a proven track record (hospitality, Saa
S, OTA, or travel contracting experience preferred). - Native Portuguese for hotel negotiations.
- Strong English for international teamwork.
- Spanish is a plus for future growth markets.
- Exceptional phone, video, and interpersonal skills — you thrive in conversation.
- Sharp negotiator and closer who adapts to different personalities.
- Willingness to travel across Portugal.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to overdeliver.
