Hotel Sales Manager vacancy in Braga Portugal
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations departments.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales team members.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Braga's local market trends and competition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus
- based commission. While accommodation is not provided, we offer free visa sponsorship and roundtrip tickets for
