We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors' activities
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
• Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Biometric passport is required for all nationalities
• Must be able to work full time in Braga, Portugal
