We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. *Scope:*As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas of the Residences meet impeccable standards of cleanliness and neatness. Your responsibilities will include supervising and guiding a team of housekeeping attendants and cleaners to uphold these standards. *Main Responsibilities & Essential Functions:*- Assign work tasks and review assignments, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Conduct thorough walkthroughs of the residences to update cleaning reports. - Manage work schedules and oversee the roster of housekeeping attendants and cleaners. - Supervise the work of housekeeping attendants and conduct inspections to ensure standards are met. - Conduct spot checks and provide guidance to maintain quality standards. - Ensure housekeeping attendants have necessary supplies and equipment. - Inspect all areas of the residences, reporting and rectifying any issues. - Guide and train housekeeping attendants as needed. - Adhere to established standards, rules, and safety regulations at all times. - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty. - Supervise all housekeeping and laundry operations, including special projects and general cleaning. - Manage stock of materials and supplies, including linen and towels. - Perform other duties as assigned. *Required Skills & Knowledge:*- Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel. - Proficiency in English is essential. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. - High school education required, additional certifications a plus. - Previous supervisory experience in a similar role. - Comprehensive understanding of cleaning products and supplies.
