Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of pride, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Plan staffing needs, schedules, and team structures aligned with the pace of the operation.

- Oversee linen, amenities, and equipment management with accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement effective workflows and SOPs that elevate productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, inventory controls, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to guarantee seamless day‑to‑day execution.
- Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety standards for guests and team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Work closely with Guest Relations to personalize service through thoughtful room presentation and attention to detail.
- Act quickly and elegantly to resolve guest needs and special requests.
