Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across two
  - end boutique hotels in Lisbon.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage stock control and optimize cleaning operations for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Professional, organized, and
  - focused mindset.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese, and ideally Spanish.
• Availability to perform Duty Manager duties as required.
