Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon, expected to open in Q3 2025. Located in the vibrant Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel will feature 170 guestrooms across five buildings, offering an authentic Lisbon experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Oversee daily operations, schedule, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
2. Inspection: Ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms, public, and
   -
   - house areas.
3. Training: Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques and policies.
4. Inventory Management: Manage linens, supplies, and equipment inventory.
5. Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
6. Compliance: Follow health and safety standards, including chemical handling.
7. Collaboration: Work with other departments to support hotel operations.
8. Pre-Opening Tasks: Assist in setting up systems, training staff, and preparing for opening.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.

Experience in a luxury hotel environment during
- opening is preferred. You will play a key role in establishing efficient processes and ensuring guest satisfaction from the start.
