We are currently seeking a passionate Housing Supervisor in charge of managing employee´s accommodation @ Porto Santo - Madeira ;

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the cleaning / Maintenance department on all Job orders and ensure that each job order is accomplished and done accordingly.

Monitor, evaluate, inspect and implement the necessary actions to maintain the overall housing condition up to the required living standards.

Solve problems raised by the residents in their accommodation.

Prepare housing related records, reports and statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis accordingly.

Ensure proper / standard preparation of all units in the facility.

Review all damage / maintenance reports of the facility and ensure that all internal / external areas are clean, safe and in good order

Key Requirements

2-5 years of employment in a related position, with good housekeeping experience

Hands on profile

Working knowledge of MS Office;

Excellent communication skills

Reliable with an ability to
- task and work well under pressure

A team person
