As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and
- oriented

HR & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

to support our People & Office team in Lisbon. This is a

temporary position, expected to last around 4 months

, ideal for someone proactive, organized, and eager to develop experience in Human Resources and Office Management.

What You'll Do

• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed and
  - informed
• Maintain HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in organizing training sessions, performance cycles, and internal events
• Provide
  -
  - day support to HR and office operations in coordination with the People & Office Manager

What We're Looking For

• Degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power
  Point
• Excellent organizational and
  - management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
