HR & Admin Assistant (Part-Time) – Lisbon

- oriented HR & Admin Assistant (Part-Time) to support our People & Office team in Lisbon. This is a temporary position, expected to last around 4 months, ideal for someone proactive, organized, and eager to develop experience in Human Resources and Office Management.

What You'll Do

• Assist With Onboarding Processes, Ensuring New Joiners Feel Welcomed And Well-Informed
• Maintain HR Records And Documentation With Accuracy And Confidentiality
• Contribute To Internal Communications And Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Assist In Organizing Training Sessions, Performance Cycles, And Internal Events
• Provide Day-To-Day Support To HR And Office Operations In Coordination With The People & Office Manager

What We're Looking For

• Degree Or Ongoing Studies In Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Or A Related Field
• Fluency In English (Written And Spoken)
• Strong Command Of Microsoft Office Tools, Especially Excel And Powerpoint
• Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills
• Strong Communication And Interpersonal Abilities
• Proactive Mindset, Attention To Detail, And Eagerness To Learn
