DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Data and Document Management:

  • Maintain personnel records.
  • Update and maintain employee databases and Trackers to ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee records from deployment, regularization, and separation.
  • Process employee movements such as Promotion, Lateral Transfer, and Reassignments.
  • Audit, monitor and implement employee performance reviews that may be utilized for regularization, promotion, separation and incentives planning.
  • Assist employees on matters regarding their personnel record updates.
  • Process Employee Verification requests.
  • Other tasks and projects that may be assigned involve employees' life cycles.

Departmental Support:

  • Provide support to a variety of HR data activities across various HR functions such as benefits support and administration, performance management administration, and so on (as needed and with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains).
  • Audit and update Employee data information and maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
  • Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding presentations, preparing onboarding kits, and assets.

Reports:

  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Employee Roster and Demographics reports or as needed.
  • Prepare Completion Monitoring Reports for any HR-related activities and initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze and present data for better understanding of information that may be used for HR decision making.
  • Other relevant reports that may be assigned.

Recruitment:

  • Review resumes and interview applicants to determine if they are qualified for the position.
  • Interview potential employees to determine if they would be a good fit for the organization's culture and needs.
  • Help develop job descriptions and post job listings on websites.
  • Coordinate with managers to schedule interviews and orientations for new hires.
  • Coordinate with managers to set up interviews with prospective employees.
  • Review resumes, applications, and interview notes to determine candidate eligibility for positions.
  • Meet with candidates to discuss job opportunities and answer questions about company culture and benefits packages.

Job Requirement:

  • Work experience in the BPO industry is mandatory!
  • Good English knowledge is required.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Excellent
    - management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of work experience in a
    - paced and professional work environment. Preferably with prior experience in sourcing, staffing administration, recruitment documentation, processes, and reports.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a
    - paced
    - oriented environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with solid attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Must be willing to work any shift, extended hours, and work days if needed, as deemed necessary by the business.
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup.
  • Excellent understanding of onboarding processes (prior experience in BPO is required).
  • Organized, able to work in a
    - paced and dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking and
    - solving skills.
