Your new role

This role involves a broad range of HR administrative responsibilities, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing employee support.

• First point of contact for HR queries from employees and external stakeholders.
• Managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, references, right‑to‑work checks, promotions and other changes.
• Personnel administration: recruitment support, health insurance updates, drafting HR templates and letters, and day‑to‑day management of absences (sick leave, maternity leave, occupational health).
• Monitoring probation periods and attendance.
• Organizing and conducting induction processes in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring timely completion of probation reviews.
• Managing offboarding, including exit processes and reference requests.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred);
  
  
• Minimum 2 yearsof HR experience, including payroll instructions, HR operations or recruitment in the French market;
  
  
• Experience with
  HRIS (Workday or Nibelis is a plus);
  
  
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken;
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information;
  
  
• Excellent organization and time management;
  
  
• Results‑driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
