HR Administration Officer
About The Job
- Responsible for providing a full set of Human Resources professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees’ queries during their entire
- cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools - Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration
- Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes.
- Update internal databases with new hire/employee’s information.
- Gather payroll data and working days.
- Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labour law.
- Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.
- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
- Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or social sciences
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel and Power
Point) - Proven knowledge in Human Resources
