Responsibilities
- Handle transactional activity and the full
-
- end process (from hiring to termination) of employees contracted by the company. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department to ensure smooth workflows.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records, files, and databases via our HRIS (SAP Success
Factors), ensuring confidentiality and compliance. - Prepare and maintain records of all
- related documents, including contracts, assignments, and performance data. - Organize and facilitate onboarding for new employees, coordinating with departments like IT, Facilities, and HSSE to ensure all resources are ready on their first day.
- Support HR Business Partners with data entry in HRIS (SAP Success
Factors). - Collect and deliver all required employee documents (employment agreements, letters, personal files, etc. ).
- Act as the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and smooth HR operations.
- Assist with internal and external HR inquiries or requests (Service Desk Support level 2).
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc. ).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Success
Factors is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
- Proactive, confident, and
- on approach. - Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining
- quality performance and a positive attitude. - Capacity to provide complete and accurate information.
