- family are responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire
- cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools - Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration
Your Main Activities Are
- Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes
- Update internal databases with new hire/employees information
- Gather payroll data and working days
- Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labor law
- Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance
- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations
- Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
- Up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Fluent level of English
- Be available to work on Portuguese
