Bruker has a new opportunity for an HR Administration Specialist with Dutch (m/f/d) at our Shared Service Center in Warsaw. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative and organizational skills, who can work independently, set the right priorities, and maintain a
- focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Providing
- level HR support for email and telephone inquiries from employees and managers. - Administration of employees’ data during employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
- Administration of time management tools (e. g. sick leaves,
- term absences). - Preparing employee documents such as offer letters and contracts; support in hiring process.
- Learning management
- office support (e. g. maintenance of training partner database, contract/document filing, training schedules). - Support in coordination of external service providers.
- Benefits administration.
- Maintenance of electronic and/or hard copy documents according to local law.
- Review of data and follows up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Preparation of reports and documents concerning personnel activities.
- Performance of other duties as assigned or required.
To be successful in the role we need you to:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in HR.
- Strong written and verbal Dutch and English communication skills (Dutch B2 level; English B2 level).
- French communication skills would be an asset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with HR service and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems (Success Factors is a plus).
- Experience working with a team of HR professionals that are not
- located. - Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive work relationships with people at all levels (i. e. teamwork and customer satisfaction).
- Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty and personal integrity.
- Incumbents must respect and protect personal employee privacy and use the utmost discretion when assisting employees with confidential information.
- A detailed and organized individual who will monitor outstanding tasks and ensure resolution.
