We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Portugal. If you’re passionate about supporting people, optimizing processes, and making an impact behind the scenes, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do
As an essential member of our HR team, you will:
• Provide administrative support across core HR areas such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases.
• Support compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
